The world needs this message now more than it has in a long time. It’s June / July 2020 and the media and certain unscrupulous political organisations are whipping up race hatred and trying to provoke a race war. Old wounds are being opened up and people are being blamed for things that happened long before they were born, just because of the colour of their skin. Now is the time for good people of all races to unite, talk calmly, recognise each other as equals, and heal.
Mattie Stepanek walked among us for just 13 years but that was all the time he needed to spread his words of wisdom, inspiration and hope. He came with a mission which he fulfilled admirably, and then he left. All that remains for us is to learn from his wise words.
